Comfort Lock provides an aesthetic appearance with a hidden handle design while providing security as much as a locked window when closed. The thickness of the necessary vertical profile for the handle system is kept to a minimum while the insulation is kept at a maximum level. Watch our short video for more. Secret Water Drainage
Optima, aluminum profiles are produced with primary aluminum raw material, without any scrap material content. The supporting profiles of the system have a self-draining channel. Thus, the water in the channel is taken to the bottom of the profile from the inside, and then drained.
Checkout Profile
The base width of the carrier profile is 42 mm, and the height is 61 mm. In the case profile, where the glass wings are collected, thanks to plastic lamellas, it is brought into a closed box form. Thus, the mouth of the carrier case profile, caused by weight, does not open.
36 mm Steel Wheel
The bearings used in the carrier wheel assemblies of the system are produced using steel material with all components (outer ring, inner ring, ball). The system has a total of 8 carrier wheels, 4 at the bottom and 4 at the top. Each wheel, with a diameter of 36 mm, is coated with glass-reinforced polyamide material for silent and comfortable movement.
Wing Profile
The profile has nail texture on the glass cheeks and a height of 22 mm for each surface. There are drip nails on the wing profile skirts to drain water to the drainage channel and outwards.
Invisible Ventilation Holes
In order to ensure correct and uninterrupted water drainage, the outer surface profile of the water drainage section is in a self-shadowed form. Water drainage holes are opened with at least a 5 mm pointed drill bit from the original bed to the profile in a way that does not visually damage the profile.
Open Joint Lamella
In open and cantilever balcony applications, to ensure the smooth and healthy connection of frame profiles; an angled joint lamella suitable for every angle is used on the profile base. This lamella is fixed with a set screw, no screws are used for waterproofing.
